The Gentle Energy Collective™ is a space for those navigating life with chronic illness, fatigue or burnout who are ready to reconnect with themselves in a softer, more compassionate way. Here, we believe that growth doesn’t come from pushing harder but from allowing yourself the space and kindness to pause, rest or move gently forward and always at your own pace. Through shared stories, coaching, mindful practices and community support, we explore what it means to become...not who you were but who you’re becoming...someone with strength, resilience, softness and compassion woven through every fibre of their being.

The Gentle Energy Collective™ includes monthly gentle sessions, access to a private community space and supportive resources created with chronic illness, fatigue, low energy and burnout in mind. Everything is designed to be easy to engage with at your own pace.
Founding Members are SPECIAL! They are the first people to join during this opening phase of The Gentle Energy Collective™. Numbers of Founding Members will be limited so the space can grow calmly and steadily. They will help shape the space and keep their special Founding Member monthly rate, which offers amazing value, for as long as they are a continuous member.
Very little because you make it work in a way that's best for you. It never needs to be spontaneous. Everything is optional and designed for people with fluctuating capacity. The resources are designed to be gentle, calm and supportive. They can be totally self-paced (live sessions are recorded apart from the Virtual Cuppas & Chats) and accessed at a time to suit you. You choose the level of involvement and participation that works for you.
You’re welcome exactly as you are. The Collective is designed so you can dip in and out depending on your energy. There is no expectation to show up, post, or take part consistently. Live sessions don't need your camera on and some (not virtual cuppas & chat) will be recorded for the library so you don't even need to turn up live.
Yes, once the Founding Member phase ends and the membership is open to general members, the price will increase slightly. Your Founding Member rate will be honoured for as long as you remain a continuous member.
Membership does not include 1:1 coaching or advocacy support but you’re welcome to explore that separately if you ever want more personalised support. Members receive a preferential rate on all 1:1 sessions.
Not at all. The space is for anyone navigating chronic illness, ongoing fatigue, low energy or burnout whether diagnosed or undiagnosed. Whilst some resources or sessions might be specific to ME/CFS e.g PEM, broadly the themes and support are intentionally gentle and accessible. The community is a place of compassion for anyone wanting a softer, slower pace.
No. Some yoga-related resources and practices may appear as part of my yoga teacher training but they, as with all the resources and sessions, will always be optional and designed to be gently accessible. They’re simply there if useful, never expected or required. If you're in a flare-up, crash or struggling with PEM and establishing your baseline, adding in movement (or any form of exercise) is not recommended.
Although I hope you find great value and support from being a member of The Gentle Energy Collective™, you can cancel at any time. I'd be so sorry to see you go but there’s no long-term commitment or pressure to stay. This space should feel supportive, not draining!
