How do I get in touch?

You can use the contact form on this page or email me directly. I'll always respond personally.

What kind of support do you offer?

Wellbeing for Me offers gentle, realistic support for people navigating fatigue, burnout, chronic illness, ME/CFS and other energy-limiting conditions — including coaching, resources and wellbeing practices. You can find a full overview on the Services page.

Is your support only for people with ME/CFS?

No. While lived experience of ME/CFS informs much of my work, support is also available for people experiencing chronic fatigue, burnout, work-related stress, overwhelm or limited energy for a range of reasons.

What if I'm not sure which support is right for me?

That's completely okay. You don't need to have everything figured out before getting in touch. We can explore what feels right for you together.

Are sessions online or in person?

Online support is available wherever you are. There are also in-person yoga sessions in the North Somerset area.

Is this a medical or therapy service?

No. Wellbeing for Me offers health and wellbeing coaching and supportive wellbeing services — not medical, counselling or therapy. Support is designed to work alongside any existing medical care or professional support.
