You wake up already trying to calculate what your body might allow today.
Some days you manage more than expected and start wondering if maybe you’re finally improving… only to find yourself completely wiped out afterwards. Other days, even replying to a message or making lunch can feel like too much.
You may be tired of constantly weighing up every decision against your energy, trying not to overdo things while also battling the guilt of slowing down, cancelling plans or needing more rest than others around you. You’re navigating trying to live in a different way whilst feeling grief and sadness for how you used to be, wondering when you’ll be recovered and able to get back to your old life.
And perhaps one of the hardest parts is how invisible it all can feel… trying to explain exhaustion that isn’t fixed by sleep or feeling like you need to justify your symptoms and your body’s limits.
These sessions offer a gentle space where you don’t have to prove how hard things are. It’s a time to feel supported, understood and begin finding ways to work with your energy instead of constantly fighting against it.

When your energy changes from day to day, it’s easy to lose trust in your own body and instincts.
Together, we gently explore pacing, patterns and wellbeing in a way that helps you respond to your energy with more understanding and less self-blame.
You might begin to:
Recognise early signs your body needs rest
Move away from boom-and-bust cycles
Feel less pressure to “make the most” of every good day

Living with ME/CFS, Long Covid or chronic fatigue and pain can feel deeply isolating, especially when so much of what you’re experiencing can seem invisible to other people.
Capability doesn’t equal capacity. The grief of wanting to return to who you were and the life you had is real and it deserves to be acknowledged, not minimised.
1:1 coaching offers time where you don’t need to explain your exhaustion or pretend you’re coping better than you are.
A space where you can:
Speak honestly without judgement
Feel understood without over-explaining
Be supported at your own pace

So much advice around health and wellbeing is built on pushing on through, doing more, staying positive and having a resilient mindset. But when you’re living with limited energy and a multitude of symptoms, constantly trying to keep up is draining in itself.
These sessions are about exploring what support, balance and wellbeing might look like for you now, in a way that feels compassionate, realistic and sustainable.
So you can:
Make decisions with more clarity
Approach rest with less guilt
Begin creating a life that works more gently with your body, not against it
Each session is 60 minutes and paced around you. If you need to take breaks or split the session across two parts, that’s absolutely fine – just let me know beforehand. There’s no pressure to show up in a particular way or get through a set amount. A gentle check-in follows each session and occasional between-session tasks are sometimes offered if they feel useful to you.
These sessions are informed by my diagnosis and lived experience of ME/CFS alongside certified health and wellbeing coaching training and yoga teacher training. You won’t have to spend time explaining why you’re exhausted or justifying how you feel.
Choose a single session or a bundle when you’re ready. Nothing is overwhelming or locked in – just support that’s there when you need it.
I’m Becky and I know first-hand what it’s like to live with a life-altering chronic illness.
That experience shapes everything about how I work – the pace, the language and the understanding of what life with an energy-limiting condition actually involves day to day.
As a certified Health and Wellbeing Coach and yoga teacher, these sessions are shaped by both my training and my own lived experience of ME/CFS.

Tell me a little about what’s going on for you. There’s no commitment involved – it’s a chance to see whether coaching feels like the right fit.

We work at whatever pace feels manageable, exploring pacing, energy, wellbeing and whatever else feels most relevant to your life right now.

Not a fixed destination, just a different relationship with your body and your days. One that makes room for how things actually are and feels supportive.
This coaching is for you if:
You’re living with ME/CFS, Long Covid, chronic fatigue, burnout or another energy-limiting condition and want support that works with your reality, not against it.
You’re tired of boom-and-bust cycles and ready to explore a gentler, more sustainable way of managing your energy.
You’ve recently been diagnosed, are waiting for answers or are adjusting to changes in what your body can currently do.
You’re carrying the emotional weight of chronic illness… exhaustion, grief, guilt or isolation… and would value a supportive space to talk openly.
You’re not looking for pressure, quick fixes or unrealistic expectations. You want compassionate support that meets you where you are.
This is a coaching service so it is not medical or clinical. Coaching can’t offer treatment, diagnosis or guarantees about symptoms.
It isn’t a high-intensity programme built around pushing through limits or maximising output.
If you’re currently in crisis or need urgent mental health or medical support, please seek specialist and appropriate clinical care.
Coaching works best as a collaborative space so if you’re not yet ready to reflect or explore, it may not be the right moment.
I won’t tell you exactly what to do; we find an approach together that fits your life.
| Instead of… | With coaching… |
|---|---|
| Constantly second-guessing your energy levels | Begin understanding your patterns with compassionate support |
| Pushing through on good days and paying for it later | Explore a more sustainable approach to pacing and wellbeing |
| Carrying the emotional weight of chronic illness by yourself | Have a space where you feel heard, understood and supported |
| Searching through conflicting advice online | Focus on what feels realistic and relevant for your situation |
| Feeling pressure to keep up with everyone else | Begin building a life that works more gently with your energy |
| Waiting until things feel unbearable before asking for help | Receive support now, wherever you are in your journey |
There isn’t a perfect way to live with an energy-limiting condition.
But there’s something different about being supported by someone who’s navigating it too.
Living with ME/CFS, Long Covid or other chronic illness often means receiving advice that doesn’t quite fit the reality of what you’re experiencing or potentially receiving no advice at all. These sessions take a different approach.

Alongside my certification as a Health and Wellbeing Coach, I also live with ME/CFS myself. You won’t need to explain the basics of pacing, post-exertional malaise or why a simple task can sometimes feel impossible. I know the reality of needing to lie down after a shower, masking through your symptoms and life as you knew it being pulled out from under your feet.

Many wellbeing spaces focus on doing more, achieving more or thinking more positively. Here, we work with your energy and capacity rather than against it. We can start to learn what supports you, your symptoms and your life.

There’s no set path we follow. We work with what’s actually going on for you… your energy, your life, your version of what a little improvement might look like.

You don’t need to justify your symptoms or arrive with a positive attitude. Whether you’ve not washed your hair for a fortnight or you’re feeling particularly weighed down by the reality of daily life with chronic illness, you can just turn up as you are on that day.
There’s no pressure to commit to ongoing coaching.
We start with a free discovery call so you can ask questions, get a feel for how I work and then decide whether this feels like the right fit for you.
If it doesn’t, that’s completely okay.
The aim is simply to help you find the support that’s right for you.
A calm, supportive space to explore what’s going on for you, better understand your needs and find realistic ways forward. Together we’ll focus on managing energy, easing overwhelm and creating a life that feels more sustainable and aligned with who you are.
Each Coaching Option Includes:
A 60-minute online coaching session
Gentle support tailored to your energy and circumstances
A follow-up email or check-in after each session
Optional reflections or tasks to support your progress between sessions if relevant
A focused 60-minute session when you need support around something specific or want to explore whether coaching feels right for you before committing to more.
Three sessions across six weeks. Enough continuity to begin seeing your patterns more clearly and to start putting small, sustainable changes into practice. A more considered investment than a one-off session.
Four sessions across eight weeks. Room to explore pacing and wellbeing at a pace that actually suits you, with time between sessions to notice what’s shifting and reflect on what’s helping.
The most supported option… twelve weeks of consistent, gentle coaching. For those who want longer-term space to build a way of living that genuinely fits around their energy, at a pace that never asks too much.
Investing in yourself when you’re living with limited energy isn’t a luxury – it’s one of the most considered things you can do. These sessions are designed to give you the kind of support that fits your reality now, not the life you had prior to chronic illness.
We can talk through your situation during a free discovery call and decide together what level of support feels most appropriate.
Free, informal and with no obligation.
No. This is wellbeing coaching. Coaching provides a supportive space to explore your wellbeing, challenges and goals but it is not a substitute for therapy, counselling or medical care.
No. Some clients might have a diagnosis of ME/CFS or Long Covid, while others could still be seeking answers or living with ongoing fatigue and symptoms without a formal diagnosis.
Sessions take place online via video call, allowing you to join from the comfort of your own home. Try to ensure you feel settled and at ease in your chosen space.
That’s absolutely okay. Sessions are designed to work around your energy levels and capacity on the day. We can adapt the pace as needed and if necessary, we can rearrange. There’s no pressure to show up in a particular way or get through a set amount.
Each coaching session lasts approximately 60 minutes and is paced around you. If you need to take breaks or split the session across two parts, that’s absolutely fine – just let me know beforehand.
Everyone’s situation is different. Some people benefit from a single session, while others prefer ongoing support. We can discuss what feels right for you.
No. The discovery call is simply an opportunity for us to meet, discuss what’s going on for you and see whether coaching feels appropriate. We can also decide if we are a good fit for each other as coach and client. Sometimes I may signpost you to another service if I feel that is best for your needs.
Living with an energy-limiting condition can feel isolating, overwhelming and at times incredibly hard to navigate.
The weight of it… the calculations, the guilt, the grief of a life that looks different from the one you’d imagined or planned… is real and it’s a lot to carry.
You don’t need to have all the answers before asking for support.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, adjusting to life with chronic illness or simply exhausted from trying to manage everything on your own, these sessions offer a space to pause, to feel genuinely understood and to find a way forward that fits your life.
There are no unrealistic expectations and there’s certainly no pressure. You won’t hear me spouting about recovery stories or a wacky protocol.
What you will find is compassionate support from someone who understands, not just from the outside looking in but from someone who has been, and is, living it.
If any of this has resonated, I’d be really glad to have a conversation about whether it feels like a good fit.
